All orders placed through Mobile Supplies are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen operational delays.
2. Shipping Timeframes
The delivery timeframes listed below are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, peak demand, or factors beyond the control of Mobile Supplies.

Mobile Supplies is not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address and selected shipping option.
Mobile Supplies may offer discounts or free-shipping promotions at its discretion.
4. Tracking Information
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the customer.
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update depending on the carrier’s systems and scanning practices.
5. Accuracy of Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Mobile Supplies is not liable for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

A replacement or refund will only be considered once the carrier has completed its investigation.
Items damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographic evidence.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or handling fees may be imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Mobile Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
8. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Unavailability
If a package is returned to Mobile Supplies due to the customer’s refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, a reshipping fee may apply.
Refunds for such returned packages, if approved, may exclude original shipping costs.
