Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Mobile Supplies accepts returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Personalised or custom products

  • Items returned without prior approval

3. Return Procedure

Customers must contact Mobile Supplies at info@mobilesupplies.store before sending back any item. Proof of purchase and a description of the issue must be provided. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Inspections and Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Customers must report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Mobile Supplies will, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund after assessment.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is not received within the expected timeframe, customers should contact their bank or payment provider prior to contacting us.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. For all other situations, a new order must be placed.
